DR. TAMIE HELANA (FENNIG) ALEXANDER
DIRECTOR
Dr. Tamie Helana (Fennig) Alexander earned her B.A. (Honours) (2001), M.A. (2003) and Ph.D. (2015) in Criminology at Simon Fraser University (SFU) in Canada. She began working as an independent research consultant in 2001. Her research interests include: strategic and operational police-related issues; international police and judicial cooperation aimed at combating serious transnational organized crime; and social science research methods (i.e., quantitative/SPSS, qualitative/NVivo, and mixed methods). From 2019 to 2021, she taught research methods and theory courses in Criminology to hundreds of undergraduate students per semester at SFU, in the roles of Sessional Instructor and Limited Term Lecturer. She is the Owner/Director of Alexander, Fennig & Co., Inc.
